Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We generally have a first-visit time open within about a week. Call 📞 925-373-4855 or request an appointment online, and we’ll get everything set up.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We work with most major PPO plans - Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, MetLife, and others. We do not participate in HMO networks or the Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal program. If you have an HMO or Medi-Cal plan, you’re still welcome to see us as an out-of-network or self-pay patient, and we’ll explain all costs and payment options up front. As always, our team files claims for you and helps maximize any available benefits.
Do you treat adults and children?
We do. From a child’s first check-up to advanced restorative and cosmetic care for adults, our office is equipped for every stage of life.
How often should I come in for a check-up?
The ADA recommends an exam and cleaning every six months. Regular visits help catch small issues early and keep your smile healthy.
What happens at my first appointment?
Plan on about 60 minutes. We’ll review your health history, take any needed digital X-rays, perform a full oral-cancer and gum evaluation, and discuss your goals with Dr. Hetal Shah.
How long does a routine cleaning take?
Most hygiene visits run roughly 45 minutes.
Do you offer emergency or same-day care?
Yes. We reserve daily chair time for urgent needs and provide instructions so you can reach a dentist quickly.
I’m anxious about dental visits - can you help?
Certainly. Options such as oral-conscious sedation, neck pillows, and noise-reducing headphones are available to make treatment more comfortable.
What financing or payment plans are available?
We accept CareCredit®, HSA/FSA cards, Cherry and offer in-house payment plans for larger treatments. We’ll review costs and options with you in advance.
Do you provide cosmetic services like Invisalign® or teeth whitening?
Yes. We’re a certified Invisalign provider and also offer professional whitening, porcelain veneers, and full smile-makeover care.
